[Azmi & Zoe]

This new guy was acting quite strangely, Azmi suddenly noticed. Something was up. "You're welcome to come," Azmi answered him. "You alright there, cook?" he asked, calling him 'cook' because Azmi didn't know his name.
Zoe had avoided talking to the other two, Yume and Kanael. She didn't hear their words only their voices. Something was up with them both, she could feel it, she could feel his eyes and hair, and their ethereal similarity to Yume. They were creepy. Thankfully, Michellemaru was able to catch Zoe's attention and bring her back from the same isolated trance she'd been in when first seeing Kanael. She smiled to the girl floating beside her, very intrigued by this ability of hers. "I hope we won't have to worry about pirates," Zoe laughed a little. "Good thing we have you here!"
Azmi had been too focused on Kanael's reply to notice Millie's state, but the emotive side of people was something Zoe was able to pick up from miles away. "Hey, hun," she turned from Michellemaru to Millie. "You okay?"

*Michelle followed on, smiling happily, since she had no family, and since wasn't too attached to the town, she was OK with leaving, , she smiled at Zoe, when she spoke to her"i could show off to you later" she says, smiling. she hadn't paid any attention to the others, just Zoe, and Millie if she was there. she giggled softly, then says"i am the terror that hunts all the bad pirates, i am the king of the seas, and the sky, i am the lord over animals!" she then giggled agian'im being silly" she says.

“It’s a pleasure to meet you all,” Yume responded when Azmi was done with his introductions.

Yume had noticed the way Kanael watched her. It was a bit uncomfortable. She’d never dealt well with the way people watched her. It wasn’t her fault that she was originally one of the lord’s supposedly perfect creations and she tried her best to hide herself from prying eyes. Which is why most of her form was covered.

One of the other women looked at her strangely as well, but not in the way Kanael did. This woman had a look that made Yume wonder if she knew in someway that she was a fallen. It was just as uncomfortable as the demon’s gaze.

She looked to Millie when he laughing suddenly halted. Something about the way she was acting brought painful memories to the surface of Yume’s thoughts and she sighed looking down at the ground before her. She knew what it was like to leave everything she’d ever known behind, and Millie was showing the signs of such, she only hoped that Millie was leaving of her own free will and not forced out of her home as Yume was.

She shook her head, trying her best to push the memories back where they belonged. This was no time to feel sorry for herself. She was in a new land and there was a possibility she’d find what she was looking for and be back home again.

"Um, my name is Kanael," he said, straightening himself up. He relaxed a little, sensing he had made the others feel a bit nervous, especially Yume. He smiled at Michelle and even laughed a little. "Pirates... Oh, I hope we don't run into them, for their sakes at least. If you don't mind me asking, what are your names?"

Millie gave one of her kind smiles to Zoe. She knew she couldn’t let them know that she was starting to question leaving. If they found out, questions might come up that ask if she’ll go against her word due to emotions or if she’s really set out to leave… Personally, Millie couldn’t answer those questions herself, but she was determined not to let those thoughts come to mind of her new companions.
“Hm? Oh, sorry, Zoe. You caught me when my mind was wondering.” She stated, adding in a good laugh. Another disturbing thought rose in her mind as she ran up to be near the front of the group. If it leaked out the she was start to miss home, would it be considered a weakness? A cold shiver ran up her spine. “Okay, since this is my first time and all making a map,” she chimed, her tail hitting the ground with a small ‘thunk’, “What do we do first?” The question was really directed to Azmi, considering he was the one who has the job assigned to him. He probably was the best one to ask such a question.

Azmi motioned for the group to continue following him. "We set out, and walk. Our group has grown, and I only grabbed enough supplies for you and I," he said to Millie. "There's a small village out in the forest I used to visit, and I have some friends there that can resupply us."
Zoe shook her head and let Millie go without further questioning. She laughed a bit at Michellemaru, joking right back to the child, "I know we'll be alright with Michelle protecting us." The child was the best for a bit of relief, Zoe could already sense a strange tension between a few of the members of the group.

It wasn't long before the group reached the gates of the city. Beyond these gates of weathered wood and rusted steel lay a long field once populated by trees. Those trees had been cut down, used to build homes, giving the Ilrion forest beyond a nice, crisp edge. Azmi turned to the group, looking them each over in turn. "This is it. We begin here. That forest is dangerous, and I will not be escorting anyone back to Kelacia. If you're having any doubts about this journey, turn back now."
Zoe turned and looked at the city she was leaving. She almost laughed at the prospect of going back. Out there was where all her dreams lay. WingSpire held no place in her heart either. She turned her head back to face Azmi, and nodded with a determined look on her face. "I'll not turn and run," she promised. "There's too much out there beyond these gates for me."

Michelle smiled brightly, at Zoe"yaa i guess ya right" she says, then looks at the others, beforew she followed beside Zoe, keeping distance, hardly tireing yet, but when she did, she would float. she smiled then giggled"i betcha i can make the water flow up in large waves just by flying over!" she then smiled agian, so full of excitement, on leaving, she looks at the gates"ohh.. was this paert of a castle, since it so old and rumbly?' she asked, smiling on.
