Alaric stopped his song for a brief moment. He didn't know why, he suddenly didn't feel much like playing anymore. He put the instrument back and packed the remainder of his stuff, soon heading back to the group after doing so. He wondered what the hold up was...

Amelia looked over her shoulder to get a good look at Kain. “My offer is to provide a roof over your head for a night. But, if you wish, you may find a place to stay here. You are not limited to the outskirts.” She paused and tilted her head towards the ruins. “They would provide the best place to stay because they’ll protect you from the wind.” She then passed him a look that gave him the chance to change his mind. She had no problem bringing all of them back to her own place in the swamp. Amelia felt a slight pain of guilt when Mouka pointed out that she didn’t like humans. If he noticed, the others probably did as well. She looked at him for a long moment before letting her lips fall into a smile. “No. Hikari is perfectly fine the way she is.” She chimed, placing a hand on her hip. Her attention was pulled back to Alaric as he walked towards them. If it was so obvious that her hatred was focused on humans, she will just have to bury it deeper. When he was close enough she would give him one of the kindest smiles she could muster. “Are you joining us as well?” she asked, spotting his bag. She was ready to leave at any time. They just had to say the word.

"I would join if you would allow it," Alaric replied quietly to the Naiad. If he didn't join them, he would most likely head back to the city. He pulled his hair out of the clothes he now wore. It felt odd without his armor and blade... He sighed, then put the bag over his shoulder.
"... I'll wait for the rest of you, just let me know when we're going."

"Oh, I'm ready whenever everyone else is!" Hikari exclaimed. Mouka nodded in agreement.
"Yes, whenever you guys want to leave," he said. His ear flipped as a fly buzz around, but he turned his head quickly toward a shady place.
"Something wrong, Mouka?"
"Huh? Oh, no..." he said, turning back to the group. "Everything's okay..." Or is it? I sense a very powerful aura but... it's not right. Something about it seems... angry. He took a step forward and looked to Hikari. "Coming?"
She laughed and ran up to his side. "Of course! I can't go anywhere without my bodyguard!"

"Then I guess we're off..." Alaric stated as he turned back to the group, unaware of the new aura. He would follow them, wherever they were going to. He paid no attention to Mouka's brief movement, however. He waited behind Hikari patiently, staring into space.

Kain nodded, "I shall come with you." Kain noticed the one who was called Mouka's movement and wondered for a moment... Did he sense something? Kain himself could not feel this aura, the medicine he had been taking had dulled his abilities somewhat.
He did not bother to check around, but he was on guard. He went to go follow the others.

Amelia paused for a long moment. She was slightly confused of Mouka’s movement, but said nothing. “Alright. Just follow me, then.” She stated, giving everyone a warm smile. Slowly, she would walk along the edge of the swamp, biting her bottom lip. It had been awhile since she walked for so long on land; She was not use to the uneven and hard ground. It was not long until they came to a thin tree. “This is where you are staying.” She stated, looking over her shoulder to her guests. The tree was thin and grey, thick moss growing on one side of it. It was at an angle that made it seem that it would fall into the water at any given second. The only thing that made it look sturdy was the thick roots that seemed to disappear into the water. With ease, she jumped into the water and stood by the trunk, the water was up to her waist. She placed a pale hand on a large root. “You will have to dive under to get inside. Keep a hand on this root as you go under…it leads right to the entrance.” She stated, a smile tugging at the corners of her mouth. She then went under the water and followed the root to enter through the opening of her home. When they reached the entrance, they would see that her home was fairly large. Obviously, the tiny tree they saw outside was just an illusion to hide its true size. Her home was in a shape of a dome and could easily hold eight bodies. Soft moss covered the ground, and roots hung from the ceiling. Against one of the walls was a small pool filled with fresh, clean water. Above the pool was a basket of fruit that hung from one of the roots in the ceiling. Amelia would then pick a spot on the mossy ground and wait for her guests to rise from the opening of her home.

Alaric emerged from the water as quickly as he could. He still couldn't believe himself for this. He followed a Naiad into water. Was he really that trusting of her? He sighed when he got in, soon finding himself in silent admiration of the size of her home. The outside was merely a ploy, it seemed. He nodded slightly in approval of the home, and waited for the others.

Mouka was hesitant about following Amelia. He let Hikari go first and examined the area once more before turning back. A tree rustled behind him, and he turned back, only to be attacked straight across the chest by a tall thin man with a glowing blue blade.

Alaric watched Hikari enter. After a few moments, he spoke up.
"Where's your friend, the bull...?" he inquired, not really knowing if she knew.
