A dragon human flew accross the sky, she wasnt going too fast, but fast anyways, She passes over wingspire.. then thought of building a floating city in the sky, where those with wings can go,, a grin flickered onto her lips, she spoke outloud"Hello world.. iam Davgishia"

The fool... What is she thinking, flying above here? She'll get herself shot down by the guard for sure... Magnus thought, watching this new figure fly above WingSpire.
Magnus had come here to find herbal ingredients useful in potion making, but this new development would delay him, it seemed. He really didn't care what happened to her, or so he tried telling himself. If he could prevent it he would. But he didn't know how.
He gave himself a good stance, his clothings blowing in the wind. He went in commoner's clothing today, no robes. He looked at the situation carefully, trying to devise a way to get her down without getting her killed, but there wasn't much he could do. He could use his magic, he supposed, but then he didn't know how powerful to make the spell, so he risked either doing nothing or flat out killing her.
He then decided to take a chance. He couldn't let this go on, after all, could he? His hand sparked with lightning slightly, giving off an aura of its own as he charged energy into his right palm. He then concentrated and shot a small beam of light-blue colored energy at this new guest, hoping to hit her.
It was a mere pacification spell, though he made sure it was powerful enough to take out something as strong as even a demon or a dragon. If it hit, it would put her into a sleep-like state for a few minutes. He could then get her out of there before the city guard could do a thing. Or so he hoped. But then, it was rare for anything to go according to plan... He hoped for the best as the beam neared its target, waiting.

the creature flew on, then her eyes caught a glimse of a beam of magic shot at her, She swirled away from the blast, then looked downwards, spotting the man. She pondered why he shot at her, and then tilted herself down, and flew towards the ground, She then landed, then moved towardss him, and called out"hey! Why did you shoot that beamof energy at me? are you someone evil?' she demanded a little.
Her wings wraped around her form. She also moved her hair from her two horns, looking at the man, she gave him her full attention, and was ready to attack, if he was found to be evil. her tail swayed behind a little. her wings also covered her body a little.
[i think i forgot to add her clothes in, also thanks for responding.

"Evil!? I may have just saved your life, you damned idiot! What were you thinking flying around WingSpire like that?!" he demanded, suddenly noticing the crowd gathered around them, watching they're argument.
Magnus, you idiot, what were you thinking using magic...? Think your actions through! he thought to himself as he relaxed a bit, looking back at this new person.
"...Perhaps we should take our leave of this city, before any more people decide to gather, or worse, the guard decides to come..." he said, glancing around slightly.

The creature looked around, noticing people, then blinked at the man"what so bad about the guards coming?' she asked, blinking a little. "Save my life? you tryed to save my life, by shooting that energy at me?' she asked, raising an eyebrow, thinknig the man was wierd.. She wasnt evil, though, she may look it. And she was known around parts of the land. She crossed her arms, gently. "also, i was getting excersise, and thinking of what it would be like, to creat my own city.

"That aside, you're creating panic among the citizens. Meh... Whatever. Do what you want, I'm leaving now..." he said, turning away from this one and walking away. And to think he stuck his neck out for her... What a waste. He continued to walk, ignoring the staring townspeople around him as he moved past them.

The creature blinked, watching him leave"creating panic?' she asked heraself, raising an eyebrow, then waved to the people, most of whom had left, seeing she didnt seem so bad.. the creature looked at herself, then heads for the town, blinking a bit.
