The cold, biting wind didn't exactly bother him. The occasional cold rain wasn't noticed. The cold blood pulsing through his veins was the most painful thing he had ever experienced.
The fallen angel was still as a statue, except from the frequent deep breaths that he took to calm his convulsing heart. His violet eyes stared across the basin that was set in the mountains as he sat on a ledge.
He felt the wind through the coarse feathers of his wings. There was probably more muscle in his wings than anywhere else on his body. They were heavy, but he never really noticed their weight.
And then the mountains disappeared as his mind took him elsewhere... somewhere deep inside his memories. He felt them before he saw them... they were burning, searing away at his skin. He heard the cries of a woman... he heard his own words, the words of those who tore them apart...
Hashim blinked and shivered. He wiped the back of his hand along his brow, and wasn't at all surprised to find that a slight sheen of cold sweat had broken out. It has happened before. These cold and burning memories, always engraven in his mind to haunt him.

The mountain air was refreshing in some kind of way. It was nice to be away form people. Those people that Fei always thought were so corrupt for some reason. Their souls seemed to speak to her almost at times and it made her sick. It seemed to be happening more and more so now.
On top of that torment she hadn't received any work in weeks. It was putting her on edge without anything to do. No hunting, or assassin work. There was nothing, not even an order from her darker contractors.
Making her climb up the light snow fallen path she had her head down thinking which was not something she liked to do too often, not even aware of another presence among the snowy peaks.

Hashim felt another climing the mountain path not far from where he was brooding. His mouth pulled down into a small, yet curious frown.
He stood up, and unfurled his fifteen foot long wingspan. And he let himself fall of the ledge... he felt the wind catch in his wings and lift him up. One powerful thrust sent him sailing forward. The sharp wind in his face was refreshing... it washed away everything that he didn't want to remember.
A small adjustment in wing angle gave him a slight curve to the right. He circled wide, hawk-like eyes scanning the snow-path. A woman was making her way up the mountain. She seemed distant, and not like all the other humans down at the villages and cities. Her slenderness gave away that she was an elf. And she hadn't noticed the circling fallen angel yet.

Her mind seemed to have complete control of her, but that didn't stop that assassin like reaction.
She felt it someone above her and she stopped in her tracks. Pausing for a moment she now had a complete sense of where it was. Pulling her cloak closer around her body she was casual with her movements. Making it seem that pause was just a natural thing.
Pulling her hood down from her head however swiftly sliding the ear clip from her ear. She was waiting, people spying on her made the elf very nervous but with someone like herself it was only to expected.
Taking another few steps forward she turned swiftly falling on her back and facing the sky. Her razor sharp ear clip cutting through the cold air to the creator or person that was flying above her.

He heard whistling, and a boomarang like thing came zooming at him. Easy to avoid. With a soft lift of a wing, Hashim turned out of the way of the weapon.
Now he was very curious about this elf. But his curiousity usually got him into trouble... like last time. But last time was a mistake. It was a mistake to care for one person like that.
Hashim landed a good distance down the hill from the elf, watching her every move. He was tense, ready to draw his sword from his belt if she reacted violently.

She could see him now. Taking note to his body type and form. Her eyes were studying him even from the distance between them. It was an old habit. That was all she had left.
Standing there facing him her cloak picked up in the wind as well as her short ghost white hair as her plum eyes looked at him. The whistling sound coming closer as she caught her weapon effortlessly. Replacing it back on her ear with a feminine motion.
"I didn't have to miss." She said across the distance to him. Making it clear it was a warning on her part and that her guard was up.

Hashim stood, relaxing a bit. "And I didn't have to move, either."
The wind was calmer down on the ground than what it was in the basin. Being born along side wind, he was naturally sensitive to wind changes. A snow flake floated down and melted on Hashim's shoulder. "What are you doing up here, anyways?" An innocent question. There was something that he didn't like about this elf.

Fei stood like stone looking at him. She seemed barely alive, that was the way she always was. Like an empty vassal of flesh.
"I don't see how that concerns you." She said to him glancing up at that sky for a few seconds.
Her voice seemed to soften even if only for a second. "Looking for peace." She whispered slightly before looking back to him.
"And why are you spying on me?" She asked more directly now.

Hashim smirked. "Not spying. Just merely seeing who interrupted me from my own thinking."
He paused for a second. "Who are you?"
Snow was falling a little bit heavier now, but it was peaceful, flake after flake floating down in soft, swaying movements. He leveled his head up a bit to stare at the graying sky...

The snow seemed to partly blend into her white hair. Giving it a slight shimmer to the ghostly color. The pure white snow a drastic contrast to her dark skin color.
"If by who I am you mean my name, it is Feingwir." A slight smirk crossing her lips sure he didn't know what it meant. Not very many did, it was a name she had lovingly taken on, on that day long ago when she trued her back on her more mortal soul.
"Since we seem to be exchanging introductions I think it only right for me to ask your name as well." She spoke well dispite her assassin like skill, and rough look. She seemed like a more refined person then her first appearance might give off.
