Danya was surprised at how easlily he gave up on his questions. She knew it was bugging him that was clear to see yet he just simply let it be at that. This man had lightly caught her interest in both forms.
Looking at the bottle she waited a moment before taking it. "I have partaken in a few drinks, not as many as you have I am sure." she was making a slightly rude comment yet in such a polite way. Taking a small sip from the bottle she handed it back to him. Her lips leaving a sweet taste on the mouth of the bottle. It was just something her body did leaving a lingering persences to whatever it touched.

"Yo calling me a drunk? Well... Yeah, I guess that would be right. Cheers," he said, taking a drink himself. He wasn't much of a wine person, but in all honesty, any drink was good. He was thirsty.
"So tell me. Seeing as it was rude of me to ask you so many questions without you knowing anything of me, I'd like to tell you the reason I'm here. I'm here investigating some disappearances, if I remember the assignment correctly. The man paid me quite well to find out what happened, so I imagine this mission is dangerous, to say the least. Seeing as you know so much about the area, perhaps you can tell me exactly what's going on, or a least what I'm dealing with. Can you do that?" he asked in a more business-like tone.

She was calling him a drunk but only because she knew it to be at least partly true. Taking the bottle from him she took another drink before handing it back. Standing she removed her cloak as she set it at the table.
"I don't know who is responable for the disappearances but my guess would have to ly on either an uneasy spirit, or demonic force which has tapped into a new source of power." Which was were her mission picked up. that was the reason she was here to collect that item that was aiding whatever it was snatching these people.

"Ghosts and demons, eh? Yeah, great... Facing normal humans is bad enough, now we turn to the supernatural... Figures. Ah, well, for what I'm getting paid, I'll gladly take them on. So tell me, is your mission even closely related to mine, or will we be parting after tonight?" he asked, taking the bottle and taking another drink. He watched as she took off her cloak. She had a nice body, even if she had the body of a thirteen year old. He sighed, taking one more drink before handing it back.
He laughed at the thought that they might go through all the bottles by sunrise.

"If I said yes would that saden you?" she asked in that same tone even if she was trying to act with some other emotion.
"Actually it seems our paths will cross yet again. I am looking for the same creature though not for the same reasons. It has something that belongs to my captors. " she said taking the bottle back as she jumped on the table sitting on it before taking another sip setting it down just behind her back.

"Hm. You know, I thought your intentions and your mind were an impenetrable fortress until now. No, it wouldn't sadden me if we had to split, just so you know, I'm used to short-term relationships from how much I travel. But I'm glad that you're staying for the fact that now can follow someone who actually has an idea of where they're going," he said, taking another drink until the bottle was empty. There wasn't much left anyway.
"But regardless, let's get to the matter on hand. You said you had to find something for your 'captors', yes? Tell me, who would be keeping such a lovely person like you hostage? Is there anything I can do to help here? After all, you did help make this concoction drinkable, so I think I'm in debt to you, milady Danya," he said, joking at the end.

"I have nothing to hide from anyone... You were just not asking the right questions." She said simply glancing at him in the dim light of the fire place.
"Seven restless spirits who wish their lost treasures back. I made the mistake of stepping aboard the wrong ship and now I am bound to them until I return their treasures." she said just as simply as ever not really holding any emotions about it when in all truth her freedom was more importaint to her then anything. Both of her souls longed for it and it had been years at this point in time. Just a few more gems to finish collecting.

"Sounds rough..." he said, trying to sound sympathetic, even though he wasn't.
"So then Danya, on such a dangerous mission as yours, do you do this alone? Or do you have others helping you?" he asked. He saw a business opportunity here, and he planned on taking the chance to see if he was right. In truth, the man who hired him really wasn't paying him much at all. Just a few gold coins and some jewelry, nothing out of the ordinary. For the kinds of missions he took, at least. But this, this sounded much more exciting than chasing spirits around. And there was treasure involved as well. It was a perfect assignment, in his eyes.

Danya didn't really get where he was going with it all but that was ok. She just answered like always with the truth.
"No, it is just me. No one stays around me for very long." she added which was true even in a busy town or city people seemed to avoid her at all coasts. Though she couldn't really blame them. She could be extremely destructive at times without even meaning to be. It was just something that happened around her.
Surely once he saw that he would turn and run the other way just like all the rest.

"Well, in that case..." he grinned, "It sounds to me like you could use some extra muscle. How about it? This mission I'm on isn't all too good, no real importance involved... And you sound like you need all the help you can get. And hey, I come cheap, too. You can pay me in gold, or booze, I really don't care. I have enough of a savings now, I don't need any more wealth... Something that most don't realize is that not all humans are greedy. While it's true I like getting paid for my services, I think that applies to everyone, even you. You aren't doing this for the sheer joy of it, no.... You'll be getting something out of it, right? Freedom, I'd say. Now, I would join you for the sheer excitement of combat, but if there's a chance of getting paid, then I'll take it."
He stopped, looking at a wall briefly before turning back to her.
"I apologize, I must be going a mile a minute. Please, your turn to speak now, go on."
