He stopped.
"Stop denying it. You're in pain, I can tell, and I don't like seeing you try to cover it up," he said, "I could carry you, if you'd like. Make the trip less painful," he said, dead serious. It would be for the best, he thought. He didn't want her in pain. And he wasn't worried about the blood. He'd gotten quite a bit on him himself when he killed those two.
The more he thought about it, the more he looked forward to getting to the lake as well. He didn't necessarily need to bathe, although he should and would, but he just liked the water.
He turned his head slightly, waiting for Ski to speak up.

Ski stopped looking at him. It would make the trip a lot easier for her. Her body was hurting and he was so blunt about it. Maybe that is what she needed.
"If you wouldn't mind carrying me. I know you did for a long while the other night. But it would help the pain." she admited waiting for him to turn and pick her up. she only hoped he did it gentely because she was awful swore at this point.

He gently picked her up in his arms as he did before. She wasn't very heavy, thankfully. He walked towards the lake, the sun setting on the horizon. He could see it out of the corner of his eye.
He sighed.
The lake approached quickly. Sirion couldn't think of words to say, so he stayed silent. And after the short trip the lake was in full-view, and Sirion set her down.
"Will you be okay from here? I imagine you'll want to clean those cuts yourself, but if you need my help then I'll be happy to aid you in any way I can..." he said, taking off his gauntlets and cuirass.

Ski nodded. "Thank you" she said as he set her down. Standing there was about ready to head into the water when she realized she never had wounds these bad. She didn't know the first thing about caring for them. Sure she had some twisted ankles and minor cuts but nothing like this.
"Are we going to be staying here for the night?" she asked randomly liking the view of the lake. Just as the sun was setting it was beautiful giving the lake a orange looking color to it.
"Sirion, i don't know what to do. I have never been hurt like this before... Can you help me?" she asked him sweetly.

"Yes, I suppose we could stay the night here... And unfortunately, I don't have the proper equipment to treat wounds that deep, but... Even if I can't do anything, it'll be good to get the wound cleaned. Alright, I'll do all I can, but no promises," he said, finishing taking off his armor. He laid it to the side. They were a bloody mess as well, they'd need to be cleaned... As well as his and Ski's clothing. He tugged his shirt and sighed, trying to figure out how he'd do this. This was the only pair of clothing he brought. But oh well, he thought, he'd figure out something when the time came. For now, it was time to help Ski to the best of his abilities.

Nodding to him she looked at the water then to her wounds. She knew her shirt would be problem with the one her side. Looking at it she pulled her shirt over her head. It was just the shirt she wore to hide her body. Under she had on a small tight top that just covered her chest and part of her upper body, but left the area the wound was clear of anything. Her shirt was so ripped there was no point in even keeping it at this point.
She looked funny with her big baggy shorts with such a form fitting top showing off her upper curves. Pulling the bandanna off her head she let her long purple hair fall all around her as she looked at him.
"So how are we to do this. Would it be easier if I were in the water?" she asked not completely sure at this point.

"Hm? Yeah, sur..." he started, not looking at her until now, "... Well, this is a change... You look great. Anyway, go ahead, but leave anything that needs to be washed... Probably best we get the blood out if we start heading into a town." he said, taking off his shirt and throwing it on top of his armor. His pants were clean, thankfully. One less problem to work out. He walked towards the water and stepped in slightly, until the water reached the middle of his shins. It felt nice.
"Coming?" he asked, stepping in further, eventually coming up to stomach level in the water.

Ski blushed madly as he said it. she had never really looked good nor ever heard that either. Looking at the water and him as he enter the water she found herself staring a little before she looked away blushing again. Why was she blushing so much?
Nodding as he asked if she was coming Ski stepped into the water it did feel nice. She headed out to him only to cring as the water touched her first wound. It hurt a little and looked at him before starting back out to his level. Reaching out to him she slipped forward falling in Sirion.

He caught her quickly, holding her up.
"Listen, forgive me for asking, but... Why do you blush so much around me?" he asked. He just wanted to know while the thought was in his head.
He waited until he received an answer before trying anything to help.

Ski blushed again laughing slightly as she looked up at him.
"I don't really know... I just do... I guess it is because no one has ever really noticed me like you have before." she said softly shaking her head of the thoughts that had popped in.
"I'm sorry I am being so silly."
